Returns and Exchange Policy




Returns Policy:

  • All returns must be authorized by Alpha Specialties & Awards within 10 working days of delivery/purchase.

  • Customers must e-mail a request for Return Authorization that includes:
    • Original Order Number
    • Reason(s) for return
    • Contact information, including name, phone number and contact hours

  • If your request is eligible for return, you will receive an e-mail with a "Return Authorization" number and must ship the items to:

  • A copy of the "Return Authorization" e-mail must be placed with all merchandise being returned.

  • Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they have arrived to our Returns Department.

  • Return Delivery Restrictions:
    • COD packages will not be accepted
    • Overnight or Second-Day Services will not be accepted
    • All merchandise must be shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx 3-Day Service
    • All merchandise must be returned prepaid

Exchange Policy:

  • If merchandise is defective and needs to be exchanged, e-mail us to request for Exchange that includes:
    • Original order number
    • Reason(s) for exchange
    • Contact information, including name, phone number and contact hours

  • Alpha Specialties & Awards reserves the right to examine all exchanged merchandise to determine if the product is defective due to materials or workmanship.

  • Alpha Specialties & Awards can choose to repair or replace any product that is defective due to materials or workmanship.

  • If it is determined that merchandise does not show any defects, the customer must arrange for the item(s) to be returned to them (Please see our Refund Restrictions).

  • If merchandise is defective due to poor quality of materials or workmanship, Alpha Specialties & Awards will:
    • Replaced the merchandise and shipping costs associated with returned merchandise ... or
    • Refund the amount paid for defective merchandise and any shipping costs associated with returning merchandise.

Refund Policy:

  • Merchandise may be eligible for refund if item(s) are unopened and in original product packaging, sent in error, or defective.

  • Refundable items include:
    • Merchandise that is defective due to poor quality of materials or workmanship
    • Items that are sent in error
    • Certain shipping costs associated with returned merchandise

  • Alpha Specialties & Awards will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund Restrictions:

  • Merchandise returned due to customer error will not be refunded.

  • Shipping costs of merchandise returned due to customer error or defect-free merchandise will not be refunded.

  • Merchandise determined as defect-free sent for exchange will not be refunded.
