begins with you the client, working with our staff of typesetters
and artists. With your ideas, we will create a unique design for

The design
will be accurately reproduced on the metal of your choice.

Etching
Process
After the
design has been approved, the etching process begins. At this
stage, the image can be etched into the metal, or the background
can be etched away from the image to create a relief.
The etched
plate is then sent to the painting, sanding and finishing departments
all housed in our state of the art facility. Each step of the
way, our skilled craftsmen take pride in creating the high quality
products that our satisfied customers have come to expect.

Interior
Applications
Zinc,
brass, copper, stainless steel and metal photo are all materials
that are suitable for interior or exterior applications. Another
material that is extremely popular, but limited exclusively to
interior use is magnesium. Magnesium has a number of distinct
advantages, it is lightweight and especially conducive to a sharp,
crisp image to match the original artwork. It can also be painted
to match custom colors.

Magnesium
The
properties of magnesium allow us to achieve numerous looks that
can not be done with other metals. It is available in the following
thicknesses: .064, .118, .153 and .250. The various thicknesses
allow us to create different looks by varying the depths of etch
on the plate. The flexibility of this product enables us to meet
the many unique looks and applications that your customers demand.

Exterior
Applicatons : Metal Photo
When the requests
for exterior signage began to flow in, we researched all the options
available to us so we could provide you with a product line to
meet your needs. In 1999 we purchased an etcher dedicated for
the sole purpose of producing exterior signage. We are pleased
to offer the following metals for exterior use: zinc, brass, copper,
stainless steel and metal photo. From this selection of materials
we can give you the distinct look you desire. Metal photo was
developed to maintain its integrity in extreme conditions for
the U.S. Navy. The image is impregnated into the smooth metal
surface creating a permanent scratch resistant image. The selection
of color is limited to black with gold, silver and copper. Metal
photo is available in the following thicknesses: .020, .032 and
.063.

Exterior
Applications : Zinc, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel
Zinc, brass,
copper and stainless steel are all different in appearance, but
similar in the etching process. Like magnesium, zinc holds highly
detailed artwork with precision and can be etched in the same
manner as magnesium. Zinc is available in the following thicknesses:
.064, .125, .153 and .250. It is a heavy metal and highly suited
for outdoor applications. In brass, copper or stainless steel,
we etch the image into the material, color fill and finish. For
those who desire the image up and the background etched away,
we offer an all-natural product with no paint fill, but a finish
coat is still applied over the product. Brass is available in
the following thicknesses: .020, .032, .064, and .250. Copper
is available in .064. Stainless steel is available in .048. The
varity of metals in our exterior product line give you the many
options to meet your customers needs.
