The Shirt: Gildan Heavy Cotton, 5.3oz, 100% cotton t-shirts, Style #G5000. This shirt offers double-needle sleeves and hem with taped neck and shoulders. The shirt comes is sizes small to xlarge as well as larger sizes 2XL and 3XL. The color Sport Grey is a 90/10 cotton/poly blend and the Ash Grey is a 99/1 cotton/poly blend.

Colors: White, natural, ash grey, sport grey, daisy, gold, orange, sand, dark chocolate, red, maroon, purple, sapphire, indigo blue, light blue, royal, navy, lime, forest green, black.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Setup screen charges are $15.00 per color and per location. Prices are for sizes adult small to adult xlarge. Please add $1.50 each for size 2XL and $2.50 each for size 3XL. Shipping charges will be additional.

APPAREL DESIGN STUDIO: A free software available from Alpha Specialties & Awards allows you to design your own artwork (including your logo if needed) so it can be imprinted or embroidered on selected shirts. It also offers a great demo video that will teach you how to use this software.

When you press the Design Studio button, the link will automatically take you to the page that has the Gildan #G5000 t-shirt. At this page you have the option of changing shirt colors, however, please make sure that you do not change shirt style, because you may end up requesting a quote for a different t-shirt than the one on sale.

Once you have designed the artwork you want on your shirts, you can use the software to request a quote from Alpha. The artwork you created will be e-mailed to us along with your quote request.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: When using Apparel Design Studio, please keep in mind this software does not generate "vector" artwork as required by our Artwork Specs.  Design Studio allows you to create a visual representation of your artwork, and in some cases if the artwork is a single color, we can use the artwork as is. However, the more complicated the artwork is and the more colors the artwork has the more of a chance the artwork will need to be reworked for imprinting. If the artwork needs to be reworked for imprinting, then additional artwork charges will apply.
